Molli Barker

Molli serves as the Executive Director of the Juvenile Assessment Center serving Colorado’s largest judicial district.  She has experience working in various communities focusing on collaboration and partnering across sectors to address systemic youth issues. Previous to her role as Executive Director, she served as administrator for a governmental community planning and funding organization, spent over a year assisting the Department of Homeland Security’s Blue Campaign and as a Program Director for a Community Action Agency.  She is a fellow with the Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy’s Reducing Racial and Ethnic Disparities in Juvenile Justice Program. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Colorado and an undergraduate degree in Political Science.
