Ken Jenkins is the Support Services/Training Manager for Ada County Juvenile Court Services in Boise, Idaho.  In his thirty-six-year adult education career, Ken has served as a military, law enforcement, and juvenile justice trainer, training coordinator, and training manager. He has presented generational team building, ethics, communication, and respectful workplace training to law enforcement and juvenile justice audiences for many years.  Years of research, practical classroom experience, and communication training laid the foundation for delivery of this Generational Team Building class.  He believes passionately in providing skill set building and increasing leader-staff communication and collaboration on cross-generational empowerment.  In addition, Ken is an Idaho POST Instructor Development instructor and a strong advocate for both law enforcement and our future – the youth of today.  Ken resides in Boise; his interests include pop culture, generations, history, skiing, and the music of the late 1950’s and early 1960’s
