Carrie A. Christofes is the Executive Director of the National Liquor Law Enforcement Association (NLLEA). Prior to joining the NLLEA, Ms. Christofes was the Deputy Director of the Armstrong-Indiana-Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission, Inc. (AICDAC). Ms. Christofes is a Certified Prevention Specialist with over 14 years of drug and alcohol prevention experience and Coalition management. She managed the comprehensive Drug and Alcohol prevention plan for three counties and several grants to include the Drug Free Communities grant, Tobacco grant, Gambling grant, and the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) grant for underage and high-risk drinking. Carrie got her start at the Commission as the Project Coordinator for the Enforcing the Underage Drinking Laws Rural Communities Initiative Underage Drinking Grant. Prior to joining the Commission, Carrie was a Police Officer/Criminal Investigator for the Penn State University Police Department and an officer with the Indiana University of PA Police (IUP). Ms. Christofes has a degree in Criminology from the Indiana University of PA (IUP).
