Vendor Registration

Covers all conference sessions (choice of over 20 classes), registration packet, restaurant discount certificates, two continental breakfasts, and two lunches.

Space for exhibits will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. Booths are for purchase as long as they remain available.

The application is a contract. By submitting this application to NoWAC, you agree to the following:

  • Your payment is due within 30 calendar days, if not, this application may be removed from the vendor list. If you do not pay with a credit card, please mail payment to P.O. Box 245 Kuna, ID. 83634
  • All materials are due by June 15th, 2012 for inclusion in attendee registration materials.
  • All booth space is assigned by NoWAC. NoWAC reserves the right to change the floor plan or booth assignments at any time. All booths must be prepaid in full.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing via mail, fax, or email. Requests received prior to or on May 4th, 2012 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be made after May 4th, 2012.
  • Neither the Northwest Alcohol Conference (NoWAC), the Idaho Youth Alcohol & Drug Prevention & Education Program, its officers or board members, volunteers, or staff conducting the conference, will be responsible for any injury, accidental or otherwise, any damages to, or losses of any materials, equipment, or property, or stolen materials, equipment, or property during or arising in any way from the conference.
  • Coordinate and confirm any electrical or system setup of your booth with the The Boise Centre on the Grove, and understand that the Northwest Alcohol Conference (NoWAC) is not responsible for coordinating any electrical or system setup of my booth.
  • Northwest Alcohol Conference would like to help you maximize foot traffic to your booth by raffling off an item(s) that you provide- If you would like to participate please check the box below. NoWAC will collect the item(s) from you during your booth set up.
