Chief Lance Webster BiographyLance Webster is serving in his 15th year as the Chief of Police of the Wayne (NE) Police Department. Wayne is a rural community of approximately 6,000 residents located in Northeast Nebraska and is the home to Wayne State College, a four year liberal arts college with an enrollment of almost 3,500 students.
Chief Webster is a 30+ year veteran of law enforcement, an alumnus of the University of Nebraska at Kearney, a 2005 graduate of the F.B.I. National Academy, and a past president of the Police Chief’s Association of Nebraska.Chief Webster and his wife, Peg, have been married for over 29 years and have two teenage sons, Ian, 17, and Colin, 15.Northwest Alcohol Conference
