Multi-jurisdictional Alcohol Enforcement Teams:
How to Form a Successful Team

This presentation focuses on how to create a multi-jurisdictional alcohol enforcement team.  Participants will hear about the Androscoggin County (Maine) Alcohol Enforcement Team and how it was created, how it was funded, and how it is organized. Data will be presented to show the effectiveness of the team. Participants will be shown the data base created by the Lewiston Police Department to track alcohol enforcement team activities, citations and liquor licensee trainings.

Participants will learn:

1.The process needed to create a successful Alcohol Enforcement Team.

2.The key players needed to create a multi-jurisdictional AET.

3.Where to look for funding
