Gangs, Drugs, and Alcohol . . .Gangs, Drugs and Alcohol.....A Violent Mix
This session will take a look at the role that alcohol use and drug abuse play into the current gang culture. Youth and adult gang members are very active across the country. There is already a high level of violence that can be associated with some of their activities. When you add in alcohol and drug abuse in with violence, it is a dangerous mix.
Attendees will learn about current gang identifiers, how alcohol and youth play a role in the gang culture, along with current gang activity.
