Maryann Harakall BiographyCurrently, as the State of Maine Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws grant coordinator, Harakall leads multiple projects in regards to environmental strategies for substance abuse prevention, including youth advocacy efforts, trainings for police officers and retailers, and school substance abuse policy development. Harakall holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from the Muskie School of Public Service, University of Southern Maine.
