Lisa Garbrecht BiographyDr. Lisa Garbrecht is an educational psychologist with over 10 years of experience as an applied researcher and faculty member, along with four years of clinical experience as a certified substance abuse and mental health counselor with a diverse clientele. As a Research Associate at EVALCORP, Dr. Garbrecht works with public, nonprofit, and private sector agencies on evaluation, assessment, and strategic planning initiatives within the fields of education, mental health, environmental prevention, early intervention, and treatment. Additionally, Dr. Garbrecht serves as an Adjunct Faculty at the University of California, Irvine Department of Education. She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a specialization in Developmental Psychology from Arizona State University, and her M.A. in Counseling and B.S. in Journalism from Northern Arizona University.
