TERRY DERDEN BIOGRAPHYTerry graduated from the University of Idaho, College of Law in Moscow, Idaho in December of 2004. Before law school, he attended Carroll College in Helena, Montana, where he graduated with honors in both Political Science and Sociology in 2002. Terry lives in Boise with his wife, who is an immigration attorney, as well as his two sons. Terry is one of eight city attorneys assigned to the Public Safety Division within the Boise City Attorney's Office. He also is one of a six member attorney team that advises the Boise Police Department and in January 2008, Terry was designated the full-time Meridian Police Department Liaison/Legal Advisor. Through his work as the police liaison, Terry provides legal advice and training to police officers on a myriad of issues including alcohol related crimes.
